Matt Calhoun is a 1992 graduate of Heath High School.  While at Heath, he was 3-sport letterman in football, baseball, and track.  He was All Mid-State League, All-District, and All Ohio in football during his senior year.  He was selected to play in the North-South All-Star game, but instead graduted from Heath early and joined The Ohio State University Football team.  As a Buckeye, he was a 4 year letter winner and starting fullback in the 1996 Big Ten Championship game and the Rose Bowl Championship game.  He also played in the NFL for the New Yor Giants in 1997 and for the Jacksonville Jaguars in 1999.
