Middle School Track Conditioning Begins

Middle School track conditioning has begun. Conditioning is held on Monday’s, Tuesday’s, and Thursday’s on a normal school week directly after school. All students must report by the High School weight room before conditioning starts to meet with the rest of the team.

District Track and Field

District Track and Field In the girls district track meet that concluded Saturday the Lady Dogs finished in 9th place with 28 points.  Top finishers for the Dogs during Saturday’s finals were Rachel Elam who qualified for the Regional Meet by placing 2nd in the 100m hurdles and 3rd place in the 300m hurdles.  Amanda

District Track and Field In the girls meet last night at Westerville South the 4x800m relay team placed 6th.  Qualifying for finals are Elam in the hurdles, Adams in the 800m, Grigsby in the 800m, Patel and Hersman in the 3200m run, and the 4x400m relay team.   In the boys meet Yoho was 1st

Heath’s Yoho wins district title

Heath’s Kyle Yoho (148-feet-4) in the discus and Lakewood’s Mat French (57-2) in the shot put each won district titles during the Division II meet at Westerville South. Johnstown’s Josiah Annis added a second in the pole vault (14-0), and Heath’s Gunner Babcock placed second in the long jump (21-5.5) and Daulton Brown placed fourth

Heath Invitational 2016 results

The Heath Invitational besides great weather brought  best out of everyone Saturday.  The heath boys finished 4th out of 21 teams.  The day started off well with the 4×800 meter relay team of McQueen, Wilhelm, Lee and Lines taking first with a time of 8:31.   Top performance of the day went to Taylor Hopkins finishing

Heath girls win, boys take 2nd

Heath girls (84) defeated Licking Valley (57) and East Knox (33) Tuesday. In the boys meet, Licking Valley (67) edged Heath (65), with East Knox (29) third. In the girls meet, Heath winners were Audrey Townsend, high jump (4-8); Sharuti Patel, 800 (2:48); Rachel Elam, 300 hurdles (51.7); Erin Kennedy, 1,600 (6:14); 800 relay (1:56.0);
